A Message from the President
As the celebration of Frontier’s 25th anniversary year comes to an end, I am excited to begin the next step in our company's journey. We have worked very hard to build the Frontier name into one that is synonymous with a superior client experience. We actively strive to build more than buildings for our clients; we strive to build trust and recognize that no relationship or project can be successful without it. We are building tomorrow’s communities.
Frontier has incorporated many innovations over the past few years that have allowed our team to take on larger and more complex projects while growing internally and externally:
► A redefined set of core values to guide our company to exceed all of our strategic goals and continue to deliver a superior client experience
► A company-wide, defined structure to efficiently and effectively identify, discuss and solve issues
► The Cornerstone Process™ as a structured means of project delivery that “protects our client’s assets” before, during and after project completion
► A new website featuring a client access portal to improve transparency and communication with our clients
► Thousands of hours of training for industry-recognized certifications (OSHA, STS, CPE, PMP, ASHE-CHC, UBC)
► A new brand image to reflect Frontier’s growth and stance as an industry-leading general contractor in the Chicago-land area
► Dozens of technology/IT improvements to more efficiently manage projects, better communicate and speed up processes
As we continue our journey into 2012 and beyond, we expect to exceed all of the goals we have set in our strategic growth plan, based on our refined set of core values:
1. Add value to the client’s experience above and beyond what is expected
2. Take personal responsibility for building long-term relationships
3. Be respectful, candid, open and decisiveness
4. Embrace education, technology & innovation
Our purpose at Frontier is to be a leader in providing high-quality, timely workmanship with competitive pricing. We are continually improving what I started in 1986 and are extremely excited for the next chapter in the Frontier story.
