Over the past 27 years, we have worked diligently to build the Frontier Construction name into one that is synonymous with a superior client experience. We enthusiastically strive to provide our clients an experience that is above and beyond what is expected. We also strive to build trust and recognize that no relationship or project can be successful without it. We are “building tomorrow’s communities”.
As we continue into 2013, I am eager to continue my deepest business passions that are concisely stated in our company’s core values:
1. Add value to the client’s experience above and beyond what is expected
2. Take personal responsibility for building long-term relationships
3. Be respectful, candid, open and decisive
4. Embrace education, technology & innovation
We take these core values to heart and are reminded of them daily. If you have ever gotten the chance to visit our headquarters in Willowbrook, IL, you would have to agree.
Three years ago, we fundamentally rethought the way we do business at Frontier and refocused our goal of intelligent and sustainable growth. This redefinition has already brought Frontier profitable success through up and down economies. These improvements have simplified the business and allowed our team to grow so we can take on larger and more complex projects:
