At Frontier Construction, we have developed a culture that promotes an injury-free environment and provides the safest workplace possible for our employees, subcontractors, clients and others who enter our construction sites, as well as the general public. We are dedicated to providing a safe work environment and maintaining an accident free workplace.
Frontier Construction's Safety Program is driven from the top down. Our senior management insists that training and on-site job safety be the top priority. Frequent onsite inspections by our supervisors reinforce management's involvement in safety to our personnel.
Frontier Construction works with industry safety consultants to ensure the safety program training an implementation adheres to our written safety program and all applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations.
Safety training sessions are held at Frontier Construction, designed and dedicated to safety training functions. Additionally, safety training sessions are conducted in the field to address specific jobsite hazards.

Frontier Construction is an EPA Lead-Safe Certified Firm
EPA's Lead Renovation, Repair and Painting Rule (RRP Rule) requires that firms performing renovation, repair, and painting projects that disturb lead-based paint in homes, child care facilities and pre-schools built before 1978 have their firm certified by EPA (or an EPA authorized state), use certified renovators who are trained by EPA-approved training providers and follow lead-safe work practices.
