Frontier's Proactive Safety Program

At Frontier Construction, we have developed a culture that promotes an injury-free environment and provides the safest workplace possible for our emplyees, subcontractors, clients and others who enter our construciton sites, as well as the general public. We are dedicated to providing a safe work environment and maintaining an accident free workplace.

Frontier Construction's Safety Program is driven from the top down. Our senior management insists that training and on-site job safety be the top priority. Frequent obsite inspections by our supervisors reinforce management's involvement in safety to our personnel.

Frontier Cosntruction works with industry safety consultants to ensure the safety program training an implementation adheres to our written safety program and all applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations.

Safety training sessions are held at Frontier Construction, designed and dedicated to safety training functions. Additionally, safety training sessions are conducted in the field to address specific jobsite hazards.

The result of Frontier Construction's proactive efforts is a robust, value-based safety program that utilizes sound safety management strategies and implementation to produce exceptional results. These efforts have made Frontier Construction one of the safest contractors in Illinois.
